- Eligibility: Singapore Citizens (or PRs converting) with excellent academics, leadership portfolios, and a demonstrated passion for public safety technology
- Tenable Institutions: Local autonomous universities and approved overseas universities for STEM disciplines
- Bond: Four years (local study), five years (overseas in non-English speaking countries), six years (overseas in English-speaking countries)
Award Components
- Full tuition and compulsory fees for undergraduate study in approved STEM courses
- Monthly maintenance allowance for local or overseas study, plus accommodation support
- Pre-study allowance covering relocation and setup costs
- Return economy airfare for overseas scholars
- Sponsorship of approved masters, exchanges, or enrichment programmes
- Structured internships, project attachments, and mentorship across HTX capability areas
Eligibility Highlights
- Strong results in A-Levels, IB, NUS High, polytechnic diplomas, or equivalent STEM curricula
- Proven leadership through CCAs, competition teams, research projects, or community initiatives
- Clear interest in applying science/tech to Home Team missions (forensics, cybersecurity, robotics, CBRNE, etc.)
- Mid-term applicants must be on track for at least Second Upper Honours (or equivalent) and have at least one semester left
