ITE Community Scholarship 2026: Award, Selection and Renewal

A: ITE publishes an annual S$2,050 award and a 100 percent tuition-fee subsidy for selected full-time Nitec and Higher Nitec entrants. Selection covers the top 10 percent of GCE N-Level or O-Level entrants at each intake exercise, including eligible company-sponsored students. ITE informs recipients, so there is no separate application.

Current Award Terms
ITE's 12 January 2026 scholarship sheet publishes:
- S$2,050 annually
- 100 percent tuition-fee subsidy from AY2026 onward
- Coverage across all ITE Colleges
- Coverage for all full-time Nitec and Higher Nitec courses
The sheet does not say when or how the S$2,050 is paid, which fee items are included in the subsidy, whether the cash amount is adjusted for a partial year, or how a course transfer affects the award. The recipient notice and written ITE terms control those details.
Who ITE Selects
The published eligibility boundary is:
- Top 10 percent of GCE N-Level or GCE O-Level entrants at each intake exercise
- Admission to a full-time Nitec or Higher Nitec course at ITE
- Company-sponsored students admitted to full-time ITE courses are included
ITE does not publish the exact ranking calculation, tie-break rules, subject weighting, separate N-Level and O-Level quotas, intake-level award count, selection date, notification date, or appeal process. Being academically strong does not establish selection until ITE sends the recipient notice.
The current sheet does not add a household-income test, interview, CCA threshold, leadership requirement, community-service requirement, personal statement, or nomination form.
No Separate Application
ITE's current scholarships page says recipients will be informed by ITE and no application is required. Students should therefore keep their contact details current and read official ITE messages, but the public page does not publish a notification channel or date.
Do not submit an HECB or general financial-assistance form as if it were the application for this scholarship. Those are separate schemes with separate eligibility and concurrent-aid rules.
