TL;DR
MOE’s Full SBB infographic (updated Sep 2025) says mixed-form classes from 2024 will sit the Singapore-Cambridge Secondary Education Certificate (SEC) at the end of Sec 4, making 2026 the final O-/N-Level cohort and 2027 the first SEC sitting (FSBB infographic).
SEAB has not released the SEC Physics syllabus as of 2025-11-30, so current prep should still follow the 6091 framework.
Continue training for present Paper 3 expectations while monitoring SEAB announcements for the SEC rollout.
