Six-year structure

MOE lists DHS as a six-year IP leading to the A-Level examination. DHS's Senior High page says Years 5 and 6 follow the junior college curriculum and choose from the school's current H1, H2, and H3 subject list.

DHS's current academic pages describe progressive six-year Mathematics and Science programmes. They also describe research, competitions, and enrichment opportunities. These pages establish programme availability and purpose, not a guaranteed place in an enrichment activity or a university admissions advantage.

Admission routes

DHS's admissions hub separates:

Secondary 1 Posting and DSA-Sec for Junior High;
DSA-JC and JAE for Senior High;
routes for international students and returning Singaporeans.

These exercises serve different entry points. Use the live linked page and MOE portal for the current dates, talent areas, evidence, and commitment terms. Do not infer a current admission threshold from a prior cohort's cut-off point.

The school's 2026 JAE appeal page, for example, is a dated exercise. It required applicants to meet that year's DHS cut-off point, was subject to vacancies, and excluded students holding a DSA-JC place. Those facts should not be reused as a future appeal calendar.

Fees and assistance

DHS is not an independent school. Use current MOE school-fee information for the student's citizenship category and the school's own notices for any miscellaneous charges.

DHS publishes a financial-assistance page covering MOE assistance, a complementary DHS scheme, and the Opportunity Fund. It says the Opportunity Fund may support eligible Singapore Citizens with ICT access, selected enrichment costs, and overseas learning journeys, generally with co-payment conditions.

Ask the school for the current forms and income criteria before budgeting on the basis of an old annex.
