Eligibility Highlights
- Singapore Citizen with outstanding pre-university grades and a solid portfolio of CCAs or community leadership
- Clear interest in the sponsor's sector (e.g. aviation, energy, maritime, hospitality, healthcare, urban solutions)
- Strong communication skills to thrive in both individual interviews and group assessments hosted by SgIS and the sponsor
- Willingness to commit to the sponsor's development pathway, including compulsory internships and post-graduation service
