JC and MI appeals follow MOE guidance plus each school's process: Use COP data to separate realistic options from reach choices.
A realistic appeal needs the minimum entry requirement, a matching net aggregate, and a backup plan: For example, if net L1R5 is 10 and the target JC Science cut-off was 7, treat it as a reach, not a plan.
