Eclat Remotion Templates
Open-source Remotion templates, a portable VideoSpec, and a public MCP server give Codex or Claude Code the structure needed to create, validate, preview, and render an MP4 on your machine. No Eclat API key or account is required.
Codex opens with a prepared prompt but will not submit it until you choose to continue. If the app link is blocked, use the terminal commands below.
1
Give the agent your audience, goal, platform, source media, duration, and call to action.
2
The agent creates a VideoSpec, validates it, and previews representative scenes for you.
3
Remotion renders the approved video locally and reports the exact MP4 path.

cd eclat-remotion-templates
npm install
codex mcp add eclat-remotion --url https://mcp.eclatinstitute.sg/video
codexThen ask Codex to read AGENTS.md and make a video.

cd eclat-remotion-templates
npm install
claude mcp add --transport http eclat-remotion https://mcp.eclatinstitute.sg/video
claudeThen ask Claude Code to read CLAUDE.md and make a video.
The MCP tools are read-only and deterministic. They publish template contracts, examples, schema, setup instructions, and troubleshooting. Your brief and assets remain in your agent conversation and local workspace. Rendering does not require an Eclat key. The direct fallback endpoint is https://eclatinstitute.sg/api/mcp/video.
