Victoria School is a dual-track boys' school. Students choose either the four-year Singapore-Cambridge Secondary Education Certificate Programme or the six-year Victoria-Cedar Alliance Integrated Programme. VCA IP students spend four years at Victoria School and two years at Victoria Junior College before the GCE A-Level examination.

Q: What should a family verify about the Victoria School IP?
A: Check the selected track and option code, current DSA talent criteria, VJC subject rules, Year 3 page date, and current autonomous fee.

Last reviewed: 19 July 2026. Victoria School's current VCA curriculum, 2026 DSA, open-house, Year 3, and financial-information pages were checked.

VCA curriculum and progression

The Victoria-Cedar Alliance comprises Victoria School, Cedar Girls' Secondary School, and VJC. The current programme page describes a shared six-year philosophy, a core curriculum, Research Education, the Helmsman leadership programme, and the Imagineering design-thinking programme.

These are programme frameworks, not guarantees of a particular partner project or individual outcome. VJC owns the Years 5 and 6 A-Level subject combinations and eligibility rules.

2026 DSA-Sec for 2027 entry

Applications were open from 6 May 2026 at 11am to 2 June 2026 at 4.30pm. Victoria lists talent areas across STEM, community youth leadership, aesthetics, and sports. Applicants may ask to be considered for the SEC Programme, the IP, or both. The school may offer a different track from the stated preference based on its assessment of suitability.

Shortlisted applicants are assessed in July and August. The school says notification of shortlisting is due by 24 July and outcomes by 28 August 2026. Meeting the criteria does not guarantee shortlisting or an offer.

Successful DSA applicants must honour the programme to which they are admitted. Sports and aesthetics commitments apply during Victoria School years, and IP students are encouraged to continue the same CCA at VJC. DSA applicants cannot enter Secondary 1 Posting or transfer after PSLE results.

Option codes and Year 3 boundary

Victoria publishes separate Secondary 1 Posting option codes for its SEC and IP tracks. Families can rank both, but each is a distinct choice and historical cut-offs do not predict a future result.

The current Year 3 IP page still shows an October 2025 application period. Those dates are historical and should not be presented as an open 2026 exercise. Use the live page only after the school publishes the next cycle.

Fees and assistance

Victoria School's current financial page states an autonomous school fee of $3 per month in addition to MOE's standard school and miscellaneous fees. Use the linked MOE checker for the citizenship-specific total.

The same page describes MOE financial assistance, a school sports scholarship, and a school bursary. Award eligibility and renewal depend on the current published conditions.
