No. SAS is specifically for students enrolled in MENDAKI-funded tuition programmes. If you are not in these programmes, SAS does not apply. Consider applying for MOE FAS or EMB directly instead.

Is the S$100/year in addition to MAP Core or CTP programme subsidies?

Yes. The SAS cash grant is supplementary support on top of any MENDAKI programme fee subsidies. They are distinct components.

What income threshold does SAS use?

MENDAKI's current page lists current-year MOE FAS, MSF ComCare, or MUIS Zakat recipient status, or gross monthly PCI of S$1,000 or below.
