School Open House Dates Singapore 2026-2027: JC, Secondary, and IP Schools

Q: When are school open houses in Singapore?
A: Schools announce their own open house dates on their websites. In the last cycle, the JC open-house dates we found on school websites fell between 10 and 17 January 2026, and most IP school dates we found between 11 April and 23 May 2026. None of the JC pages we checked shows a January 2027 date yet, and two schools have announced open houses for November 2026. Confirm every date on the school's own page.

Dates below were checked on 21 October 2026 on each school's own website. "Not shown" means we found no dated announcement on the school's site, not that the school held no open house.

Why attend open houses

Attending an open house is one of the most practical steps in the school selection process. Unlike brochures or school websites, open houses let you:

• Walk the campus and evaluate commute time, facilities, and environment firsthand
• Ask current students - not admissions staff - what daily school life is actually like
• Compare subject combinations, CCAs, and enrichment programmes across schools on the same terms
• Clarify admission requirements and cut-off point ranges with teachers before you submit your choices

For students choosing between the IP and O-Level routes or shortlisting JCs after the O-Level results, open houses provide evidence that no ranking table can replace.

JC open house dates

The nine JC open-house dates we found for January 2026 fell between Saturday 10 January and Saturday 17 January. None of the JC pages we checked on 21 October 2026 shows a January 2027 date. MOE's calendar gives 13 to 15 January 2027 (tentative) for the release of the 2026 O-Level results.
