An earlier version of this guide said Queenstown Public Library had already closed for a two-year renovation. That was wrong because the planned 2025 closure was delayed.

The NLB closure announcement gives late 2028 as the planned reopening. Do not assume that a replacement book service provides study seating.

PA's Community Study Areas page says its network spans more than 270 CC and RC locations. The detailed CC and integrated-hub list it currently links is explicitly marked information accurate as at 5 September 2025. The directory lists four separate Dover CC spaces, but that does not prove four rooms are available simultaneously on a particular day. It also does not support claims about better seat odds, quietness, walk-in success, or exam-season capacity.
The Star Vista lists daily mall opening hours of 10am to 10pm and identifies Buona Vista station as CC22/EW21. It also tells visitors to check individual stores for their current hours.
The mall directory contains several cafes and food outlets, but a tenant listing does not establish:
