Q: Is Ang Mo Kio Public Library moving to AMK Hub?
A: Yes. NLB says the current library's last operating day is 31 July 2026 and the relocated AMK Hub library is scheduled to reopen on 20 November 2026. During the closure, NLB points users to a Browse-n-Borrow kiosk and Sit-n-Read Node on Level 4 of AMK Hub, or to Bishan, Yishun and Toa Payoh libraries.
TL;DR
Until 31 July: verify the current Ang Mo Kio Public Library hours on NLB's live locator.
After 31 July: do not expect the full library to operate until the planned 20 November reopening. The AMK Hub kiosk and Sit-n-Read Node are smaller interim services, not a substitute for a full study area.
Upper Thomson: Thomson CC, Kebun Baru CC and Marymount CC are leads to verify, but their current onePA pages do not publish public study-room access or room hours.
Backup libraries: NLB specifically names Bishan, Yishun and Toa Payoh during the relocation period.
