This Cookie Policy explains how Eclat Institute (“we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on eclatinstitute.sg (the “Site”).

2.2 Analytics and Advertising Cookies
These cookies are only set after you opt in via the consent banner. Declining means neither Google Analytics nor Meta Pixel will be activated.

We use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation enabled and Google Signals disabled. Meta Pixel is used only to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and is not used to build individual advertising profiles on our behalf.
2.3 Service Operations (Always On)
We use service telemetry to diagnose errors and monitor performance. These tools are operational necessities and are not optional analytics categories.

3. Managing Your Cookie Preferences
You can manage your analytics and advertising cookie preferences at any time using the “Cookie settings” button that appears in the bottom-right corner of the site after you first respond to the banner. Clicking it re-opens the preferences panel.
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you inspect, block, and remove cookies from their privacy or settings menu. Refer to your browser’s help documentation for Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge.
4. Google Consent Mode
We implement Google Consent Mode v2. When you decline analytics cookies, Google Analytics remains in a denied state and no analytics cookies are set. When you later grant consent, we update the consent state and GA4 collection resumes.
5. Meta Pixel and Consent
Meta Pixel is loaded only after you opt in to analytics. If you later withdraw consent, the pixel script is not loaded on subsequent page visits. You can also opt out of Meta’s cross-site tracking via Meta Ad Preferences.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at eclatinstitute.sg/legal/cookies with an updated revision date.
