No - unlike Chemistry, SEAB does not issue a standalone data booklet for Physics. Instead, the Data & Formulae pages are printed inside every exam paper (Papers 1–3). They list fundamental constants, unit prefixes, and key equations. Our H2 Physics Data Booklet & Formula Sheet 2026 guide explains exactly what is provided and which formulae you still need to memorise.
The current SEAB H2 Physics syllabus code is 9478 (first examined 2026). It replaces the previous 9749 syllabus. All our notes follow the 9478 topic structure and Data & Formulae pages.
The 9478 syllabus runs from 2026 onwards with no announced changes for 2027. It covers 20 topics: Measurements, Newtonian Mechanics (Forces, Motion, Energy, Collisions, Circular Motion), Fields (Gravitational, Electric, Electromagnetic), Waves (Oscillations, Wave Motion, Superposition), Thermal Physics, Current Electricity, Electromagnetism, and Modern Physics (Quantum and Nuclear).
